Libertia ixioides

New Zealand Iris
It is found throughout New Zealand and is a more common plant than Libertia grandiflora.
It has white flowers in Spring and differs from Libertia grandiflora in that the flowers are amongst the leaves rather than above and the seed pods are bright yellow.
The pods remain unopened for 2-3 months.
