ORDERS AND DISPATCH POLICY

Orders are accepted by phone, fax, email and on line.

Customers are welcome to visit our nursery to view the stock and order directly.

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible after confirmation.

PROCESSING PAYMENTS

We want to make it easy for you to do business with us

We provide the following payment options:

  • Direct Credit / Internet banking.

  • Cheque

  • Eftpos

Wireless Terminal available in the Nursery for all card transactions

  • Credit card 

We accept smallvisa.gif  Visa and smallmc.gif  Mastercard at the Nursery .

  • Please note -  We do not accept credit card unseen, as payment online or by phone.

We process the order and dispatch the goods once the payment is received and processed.

DELIVERY OF PLANTS - MAIL ORDER

We dispatch small orders of plants via courier within 24 hrs of your order being placed.

For local and short haul delivery we use Fastway Couriers.

Fastway Couriers use a track and trace facility that is available on line at www.fastway.co.nz.

All Delivery prices exclude GST

Auckland area

Courier
The amount charged to all customers is $10.00 plus GST per carton. The maximum weight per carton is 25kg.
Add $3.40 plus GST per carton for Rural delivery 

For Waiheke and Great Barrier Islands $20.00 plus GST per carton.The maximum weight per carton is 25kg.
Great Barrier parcels are couriered to the ferry terminal only.

Company Vehicle
Where plants are not able to be couriered in a closed carton, the cost for delivery using the company vehicle are:

  • North Shore (Takapuna to Orewa) area  $25.00 plus GST
  • Within the Greater Auckland City, exc Waiheke and Great Barrier Islands  $40.00 plus GST

We ensure the dispatch and delivery time is as short as possible.

Outside of the greater Auckland city - North Island.

Courier
$15.00 plus GST per 10kg carton plus $5.00 for every extra 5kgs. Maximum 25kg per carton
Add $3.40 plus GST per carton for Rural delivery

For orders over 2 cartons and where plants are not able to be couriered, the freight is charged at cost to the customer.
We use the nursery industry trolley system to ensure plants are delivered in excellent condition.
